It's incredibly rewarding to work closely with cities, municipalities, and police districts. My job is divided into two pillars: one focuses on coordinating the onboarding of new customers and modules, while the other is dedicated to ensuring the health and satisfaction of our existing customers. My goal is to understand customers' needs and guide them toward achieving their goals using our software solutions.
